The employees can report the problem not only on the phone or in person, but also by clicking the icon on the computer desktop which opens the browser with a suitable form. - Tracing progress
Thanks to a special reference it is possible to control the current status of the notice and have access to the undertaken actions documented from the registration to the completion of works with the inclusion of the completion date. - E-mail notification
Information about the progress of the notice and its completion is sent to the reporting employees via e-mail. - Realisation evaluation
Your opinion and the opinion of your employees is very important to us. In order to ensure the highest quality of provided services, we inserted in the CNS HelpDesk Tool the possibility of the evaluation of the notice progress and servicing by our employees. - Reports
The system allows for generating detailed reports about the number of notices, their type and level of inconvenience, reaction time, etc. covering any time period.
